This is a one-strand, short necklace in red, white and gold. There are freshwater pearls, and all the beads are Venetian glass some are blown glass, some are lampworked. Whenever I make a necklace that is featuring Venetian glass, I've usually spent quite some time collecting the beads of a particular color and unusual shapes. The red, leaf-shaped centerpiece bead is an example of that. I handmade the chain and toggle clasp (from goldfilled wire). This is a very light necklace. (I have Venetian glass beads in many colors and shapes, and pearls and beads to coordinate or contrast.)
Retail Price: $300.
